King Neville Proclamation August 6th 2025

Hear ye, hear ye. The following proclamation is the words of Neville Dobson of the Emerald Seat, First of his name, the All-Barker, King of All Threshland, the One Who Wags, Breaker of Collars, and the Goodest Boy.
Mythwalkers,
It has come to my attention that many have joined your ranks in recent months. It is time for me to address you directly. My name is King Neville Dobson, ruler of the Threshlands, along with many other titles you can read above. I am not one to repeat myself, unless I am barking. And you do not wish to hear my bark, for it is loud. And shrill. And fearsome.
Recently, changes came into our world, and I would like to address them, as well as look forward to events that are coming soon.
We just released an update that added a few quality of life fixes, in particular around that new building in Hyport run by Fay Glamor. What is it called again? The Timbal Cymbal? I thought she was a tailor. Why would she name her shop something so… Percussive? Regardless, we have been working hard to clean up the cobwebs in her little tent. Next time you visit her, you should find that the wardrobe has been better organized, and your pattern inventory should be easier to find. There have also been various flow and usability changes. She’s also updated her pricing for Patternmaking. Costs now range between 250 and 2500 Gold, with the price being determined by rarity and item type.
I’ve also been made aware that you, Mythwalkers, are having difficulty figuring out how to find specific items. Unfortunately, that fledgling Annu Levi Marsa still has the doors to his archives closed. Until the time those doors are reopened, we have added hints to resource descriptions to help you all find the items you need.
I have heard that difficulty in combat is very unpredictable at times. As such, we are also going through an ongoing effort to clean up and balance all enemy monster families, especially those that scale to later levels. The goal behind these efforts is to make combat more challenging and rewarding for players at levels 15 and higher. The first group that will be getting bolstered is my own, the Threshland Guard. We must reinforce our borders and let none enter, especially those flittering Wyldevae. Especially with the Wyldevae Migration right around the corner.
Lastly, there have been complaints of the weekly rewards being nothing but a pittance. We will be increasing those rewards in the future. We will be changing the first, third, and fourth milestones to gems, and adding gems and portal stones to the final milestone, as well as an increase to the overall rewards.
As always, enjoy your time in Mytherra - but remember, the borders of the Threshlands remained closed to you.
Your Good Boy, and Master of all Threshlanders,
King Neville Dobson.
